Reblogging b/c I won’t be back till much later, round the 15th (you’ve even got me writing short hand!), and I will have more time to give these all a good listen then. I can say that I’ve heard the 30STM, Acceptance, Anberlin, Death Cab, Evanescence, Radiohead, & TFT songs before (and have been very slowly learning “Burn The Night Away,” though I need to get the proper tuning). Side note: I might be able to do some vocals, but my range is VERY low. Very. Haha.

• I listen to a bunch of stuff by There for Tomorrow (TFT). Their whole album A Little Faster is inspirational.
• The song “Breathe” by Ryan Star.
• “Become Who You Are” by Mainstay, though it kind of has a Christian rock vibe. Still an awesome song.
• Anything by the band Acceptance (also considered a Christian rock band, sorry).
• The bands The Maine and Mae.
• “Show Me What I’m Looking For” by Carolina Liar.
• “Jar of Hearts” by Christina Perri.
• “Letters from the Sky” by Civil Twilight.
• Anything by Copeland, though be warned, their album Eat, Sleep, Repeat is about depression and might not be uplifting; their album Beneath Medicine Tree is uplifting, however (the songs “Brightest,” “Testing the Strong Ones,” “Take Care“… fuck it, just buy the album).

Basically, I recommend downloading using Mediafire except for bands that are still trying to make it big, like There for Tomorrow is.
